HELP THROUGH ADVICE IN SENSITIVE LIFE SITUATIONS

Time and again you hear about cases of intrusive behaviour to children, adolescents or warded grown-ups. As a charity we are obligated to child and youth welfare, special help for women, children, families and people in difficult circumstances. We offer people in adverse conditions consultation, support and protection. Our employees have obligated themselves to awareness of intrusive behaviour. They will not tolerate discrimination, violence or sexual assaults and take necessary and reasonable measures to protect the person concerned.

For a professional collaboration between employees and patrons we have installed documented protection measures and internal codes of practice. Amongst others our employees take part in prevention trainings, sign a negotiated agreement to handle sexual abuse or acts of violence in a reasonable way and pass in a certificate of conduct every five years.
